If we read the Living Word, the Eternal Gospel, with a heart posture of seeking to personally know the man Jesus, going beyond simply seeking knowledge about him, we can’t help but be transformed by the washing of the Word. Our thoughts, ideals, opinions, views and preferences die at the cross and in their place are birthed the thoughts, ideals, opinions, views and preferences of the Lord’s. We can’t help but be changed if we’re truly seeking him.
