Our Activity affects our identity and we must consdier this mentality much like the strategy game of chess. When we assess where or whom we desire to be now and in the future, we must think several steps ahead and take into consideration any other activity taking place around us. Not only does our phsyical activty affect our identity but especially our mental and emotional activity.
